Commercial Weed Control
We represent a variety of different communities here in Georgia for Pulte Group, Lennar, Meritage Homes, DR Horton, Rocklyn Homes and Paran Homes. Our service reach at the moment is GA, TN, SC, NC and AL. The work we do consists of servicing single family homes, 55+ single family homes, townhome communities and a variety of common space available within those communities. Our main scope of business is turf care including annual weed control, fertilization and disease correction in the soil.
We recently added a division to our business consisting of mowing, edging, blowing, installation, plants, pine straw and aeration.

We are preferred vendors with Heritage Property Management Services. We service communtiies for ( CMA ) Community Management Associates, Fieldstone and ( CAM ) Community Association Management. We also work for a few other landscape companies that ask us to represent their properties for all aspects of turf care.

How long does it take for your products to dry once applied? 2 hours
Are your products safe for pets? Yes.
After we apply our products, we always put signs down to alert the public of what we are doing. In the event you see our signs in the ground, please wait two ( 2 ) hours before allowing your pets to walk into our work zones. If you are unsure how long its been since we put the sign down, please stay out of the work zones altogether and please call our office at 470-326-5825 for a detailed descriptin of our spray schedule within your community.
Do you work on individual residential properties? This varies.
Your choice of landscaper determines the outcome of our ability to serve. The introdution of new weed seed into your turf from dirty unkept blades creates a enviornment that is difficult for us to control. We would need to have a conversation about the guy or gal cutting your lawn. Please call to inquire.
Will you drop price? Yes of course we can do that if you are ok that we use half the product needed to do the job right.

Our treatment process for all properties consists of 5 to 7 treatments annually. It all depends on the turf. For best results on most properties, typical lead time to realize full grass potential is one full growing season. You have to trust our process. This is weed control, not miracles.
